Yes that's exactly what I'm saying. Neom and may other unknown companies have had no problems finding legal representation on a contingency based fee and coming out winning or settling for very large sums of money. If the patent is strong then it doesn't matter who these law firms are up against. The bigger they are the harder they fall.

Besides most larger companies don't want or need any bad press; and Microsoft is at the top of that list.

I have seen the elephant in the room and most often, it does not impress me. Fast Money plug right now was EMC over IBM on VMWare. I've done VMWare and it has it's challenges...

L2V, I completely agree with you and I'm wondering why the patent issue is being mentioned here (all of a sudden).

Today's PR was one that was worrysome to me because it had tones indicating that TELLME was a direct competitor to MV. Just the fact that the patent issue is mentioned should be noted here with concern. On the other hand the tone about the competition in VR may be a good sign.

There is no way ONEV's lawyers could fight against the blue chips for infringement. That fact has already been established. Also, I've worked for a company that was in a similar situation and we got dusted.

So now it's a race to see if ONEV really does have a superior product line. Particularly with companies outside the US. Truly, this is now David against Goliath.

Good luck to all because we will need it.
