OK, so what are they waiting on? My layman's read of the ONEV patents leads me to believe that a lot of firms are infringing them. You ready to take on the lawyers hired by IBM, MicroSoft and the rest of those "dare you to fight me" voice recognition firms?
More to the point, are you ready to do that on a contingent fee basis? If you are a qualified patent attorney, I don't think so.
The sad truth this patent hound tech investor has learned the hard way is that our legal system is woefully inadequate when it comes to enforcing patent rights. Big money can, and does, choke off and abuse the patent rights of smaller firms who lack the funding to see things through to a judgment. It takes an undefined number of years and millions in legal fees to get a patent infringement judgment, and a lot of the big firms are using that to their advantage. IMO it's all part of the game we are playing in.
