L2V - Thanks for your take. What is a reasonable time frame before actions against transgressors is required? Also would love to have your thoughts on the vr remote control patent application. Stick around for the fireworks coming soon! GLTY/GLTA
I agree 100%.. Although the established firms have sort of gone their own way and really haven't gone into Onev's niche market they might soon enough..Voicebox not only has gone into into it.. they are walking all over it..I do believe they will be dealt with from what I can gather when the the revenues are there to do so..IMO..Telnor and the rest of Telmex will generate what is needed to go after them..Right now the bigger companies are content with what they have..however..I do see them after Onev launches Telnor..taking notice of just how much revenue can be gained by going the server route..Again IMO..I believe like it was said today..Onev is already well positioned with the Mexico contract to be able to fight them when the time comes..Onev's "Natural language" patents have been on the books for some time now..They will have the upper hand if when they do need to fight..Lets hope it is later than sooner...veno
If bigger companies are infringing ONEVs patent then considered it as money in the bank..An incenitives for both the company and the shareholders when we go after them..
We've been through this before, a law firm that specializes in patent infringment law will take on a case for a contingency fee. Onev would owe nothing except a percentage of the award.
Learning2vest, the great tipping point concept described in the book with same name...[an aside on that, a mom in Colorado put buttons in the holes of her daughter's Crock shoes and started something different with great $ success]... you express exactly my sentiments on the patents and ONEV. I feel ONEV is on tenterhooks...(my gradma, in the attic, hung curtains to dry wrinkle free on these hooks and I, very young at the time, helped her do it)... regarding 1.) protecting it's patents and 2.) the auditor shuffle. ONEV needs Telnor to work NOW and I think Dean has hung on for dear life over, well 6 years since I have been following this stock. Actually, I can't remember the exact year. But I bought it at 0.50 and the next day, Jan 1, it was 1.02 and the rest is history...$ down since...
