Tipping point theory - Patents are worthless unless you have the financial clout required to enforce them. It's a tough game and the big bully's who play in it think nothing of infringing the rights of little firms who do not have the money to go 15 rounds plus appeals in our legal system to enforce their patents.
I'm talking about how a little firm like ONEV would have to risk spending millions in legal fees just to get a judgment that might be enforceable. That is not likely unless and until revenues start showing up, so IMO the other voice recog players are walking all over poor little "tin cup" ONEV's patent rights.
That could change with just a few deals that pay enough to fund an enforcement initiative. Even a trickle of revenue with promise of more could become a tipping point that causes some of the other VR firms to take notice and begin showing respect.
