xdx, I don't think it will trigger the 3-G rate for Nokia but it sure might trigger discussions of a 3-G rate. Numerous times we have been told Nokia is a 3-G licensee and all that remains is to fill in the rate.
Obviously Nokia put the 3-G license on hold just as the 2-G license so lets hope who ever wrote the 3-G license had good enough sense to put something in the deal that would get the ball rolling to determine a 3-G rate.
