Unfortunatley, I don't think investors will get any monetary compensation for this scam. IF they recover some of JP's illgoten gains, it will be very small and would have to be divided by the millions of shares that were outstanding. Take the $1.5 mill and divide by a few hundred million and you can see there ain't much.
As far as the company itself.....absolutely nothing there to salvage! They simply re-sold a commodity(USB drives). These can be bought anywhere and everywhere. NO solutions to anything!
Do not hold any hope of any patents either. This was yet another outright lie.
All in all, a tax write off that may take years to realize.
All this is from 30 years of experience in the business. Many clients over the years have been caught in these types of scams.
