I have the same thoughts about a class-action. Investors will get ZERO, NADA. However, the sheer Hell you can put the perps through is many times worth the effort! LOL

Again, there is simply nothing to recover. Look at all the large class-actions...Enron, etc. Shareholders get mere pennies on the dollar if anything at all. Even if you can tap the private wealth of the individuals, JP, TH etc. The cash will go to the lawyers, then the creditors, then the lowly investors. A shame, but it is reality.

Thanks for the advise I guess thats a good start. TD Waterhouse always sends me a hard paper copy of my trades and aquisitions.

Ill keep them in a safe place for one day down the road but right now I think that tax loss is a more realistic scenario.
