Everybody should be thinking about what the stock is worth -- not what the hedge funds and the traders are trying to accomplish.
If, and I concede the if, centralized key management and auditing are critical needs then the stock has value. The market works on fear and greed. Some people are better at judging those aspects than others and trade on them.
The folks who are going to be BUYING the stock know where they will be buying it. They drive the price below that point. That's today. Tomorrow is another day.
I forgot some basics recently and didn't sell on the news. I rarely trade and only sell when I must. Again, If enterprise NEEDS centralized key management then this is the hurricane before the tsunami. If they do not really need the things most of us have felt they needed and would eventually recognize they needed -- we are burnt toast. Let's say this is the binary plus point 3 moment.
