If I remember correctly, there were actually 30 share holder's at the time of transfer. I cannot find the other 3.

Janice; I noticed something in the Tracy Banamus trading account. There are two different kinds of Loftwerks traded in July. Page 14 of this link. Some show sales of Loftwerks, Inc and the others show sales of Loftwerks, Inc and under it "unsolicited". Opinion?
