Who knows? But LFWK had been trading for some time by then, so there were far more than 27 shareholders.

It's even possible that some of the original shareholders hung onto their LFWK, then SLJB stock. Remember, it was said at one point that LFWK had been controlled by Consultech for years. I don't think that's been proved one way or another.
