Agree 100%. I thought my post carried that same theme. I do not condone BA and other IR firms that facilitate PUMP&DuMP scenarios. My point was this: JIMMY CHOSE HIS IR FIRM....BA IS GOOD AT WHAT THEY...THEY PROMOTE and THEY PROMOTE SOME MORE. BA is run by people that are much more sophisticated when compared to JIMMY. BA somehow manages to stay within legal boundaries..this is not pure luck IMO...JIMMY has run afoul of the LAW IMO. I do not hold BA responsible for JIMMY's actions..some people will. Jimmy was issuing bogus pr's well before BA entered the picture....Is BA slimy?.....IMO YES!!! DID BA BREAK THE LAW?....My GUESS is NO.
