Heenster - I think it would be a tad more appropriate to say that Big Apple skirts the law. They walk a mighty fine line between ethical & unethical but I am very certain that their laywers are well compensated and that they are advised consistently on any potential conflicts.

Law breaking? Probably not.

Ethical? Probably not either.

My research is the large number of stocks that have crashed and burned after the marriage. Coincidence? I think not.
