The Answer to the Complaint should have been filed no later than February 15th (give or take a week). During the time from service there was definite correspondence from Moran because service was made to Oshins & Associates.
If you're asking my opinion I would say there's been some correspondence between the two attorneys and/or there’s been some type of agreement to allow additional time to file the Answer. And the filing of the 3 day notice by Carrano’s attorney has set the ground rules in case Moran backs out of any promises.
And IMO ~ I’ll say the answer to the question will most likely be filed by next week.
