The way I see the FORM D 504...
SW filed for $1,000,000 worth of BKMP common stock, and did it before the big news were expected to be disseminated.
Also, after the PR that explained the BKMPP to Restricted Common conversion.
I understand that the first $94,900 ($5,100 seem to have been legal expenses), have been granted to CARMINE J. BUA, III ("Securities Counsel"). It is about 500 Million shares @0.0002, or 330 M @0.0003.
It says, in the FORM D, something about "Capital Work".
What does that mean?...
... could it be 10% interest of the $1M debt that the CD's were converted into ?
... could it be 10% of the $1M debt ?
... could it be a payment to the "Consulting Work" done by the person that has been taking care of all the work beeing done about the BKMPP "debacle".
... who are the other $900,000 for ? ... or is it just filled in case it is needed in the future ?
I guess SW could explain it well, if he wanted to. That would be welcomed, as it would throw some light into these doubts.
I still don't have my BKMPP certificate. I'm going to kill my broker !!!
Does everybody have their Certs, or am I not the only one to have problems getting those certs ?
