BKMP can buy 25% of daily average volume, considering the past 40 trading days, if I am correct.
That is what the SEC alloweds BKMP to buy at the open market, and only at the BID.
"BUT": BKMP can buy shares from a private shareholder or group, and at whatever price they deal, and at any amount.
BKMP could buy 5B shares out of the market, and retire those shares.
BKMP could pay with a delayed payable note, or could pay with the money that will be received from the BKMPP conversions.
Reducing the COMMON FLOAT to a minimum, and beeing NSS out there, then I would expect a huge short squeeze, if that goes together in time with some calculated news to be disseminated at the right and apropiate calculated moment.
I am expecting great things from the common and also from the restricted. TFN will become profitable, only in Canada, and will be HUGE when going worldwide.
All in my opinion, of course.
