Rocket, it is from a book, I read many years back. I have to locate it to post it as a fact. I have practised and observed it in many instances, and it does conform to the theory in more cases than not. I have this particular gap under observation, due to the severity in the pps difference, and will post if or not it is filled. It is part of my experience in chart reading, so my options and comments remain unbiased.
If one is neutral, then it is fair to assume that chart reading and interpretation is an individual's perspective projected from data, past experience, and general principles.
