TMCC, Maybe you could help me out. Was wondering what facts you were basing your positive view on. I haven't been able to find any. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place. Here are some of the facts that I know about:
--JP increased o/s from 100 mill to 700 mill in 2006 (probably even more that we don't know about). --JP lied by booking the entire 25 million contract as revenue on 6/30/2006 statements before he shipped the product. --JP showed a 15 million increase in book value at year-end 2006 with only $700K in new earnings recorded during the second half. --No one has been able to confirm the existence of a real contract or purchase order with the government. --JP confirmed on video that the 2006 audit and 2005 audit were complete. This was before he released those ridiculous 12/31/06 financial statements. It appears that we cannot even confirm that an audit was underway.
I am beginning to suspect that posters like you actually work for ckys the company.
