Roerules, Does ALL positive thinking make you feel uncomfortable.
Does belief that any bad situation can be overcome lead you to detect a conspiracy ?

If so you have my condolences. I don’t travel thru life blowing with the winds of change.
I stand by my convictions, principles and my beliefs. I don‘t second guess myself.
Bad times determine who is made of the “tougher stuff.”

The story of CKYS has not changed from your original OVERLY ENTHUSIASTIC POSTS.
You have decided to take a 180. Turn in direct contradiction of the reason you put your hard-earned
Money in this stock -because you thought it was a GREAT way to make a quick buck.
If you are ANGRY at yourself for investing in CKYS then I suggest you take out that anger
on yourself and not on those with whom you once shared incredible enthusiasm.
I trust my original DD. My original beliefs in the company. I stand by it.

I also still believe in the War against radical Islamic terrorists just as I did on 9/11/01.
Second guessing and turning on a dime by spineless whining politicians-
does not make me buckle.and does not make me want to CUT and RUN.
Sure glad that the WW II generation stood firmly on their principles and convictions despite
Severe adversity.
So also, in ALL your decisions in life. Even the stock Market.
That is how you WIN.
In your case, You don’t trust your own judgment on this stock that you held in January, 2007.
I do.
So it is your problem. . Don’t strike out at those you now disagree with.

So, positive posts annoy you.
Seabiscuit, Yellowdog, Smartmoney, Brentjanice, Cowboy, Jabberstock, dcbass, 5cap,BirdsOfFire,ragisme, Fhanen ,
realtruth10,Wallstreet Player, knowlesmsncom, robotified, Blockman and countless others must annoy you because they also are posting POSITIVE in a trying situation.
-because they STAND FIRM on their original convictions despite very trying times and they don’t panic.
And
You think slurring them by yelling “Conspircy” is the way to go, huh ? ? ?
and
When the S.E.C. investigation is over and the SILENCE is broken and the PPS starts to rise
and you flip. and once again, become the cheerleader
that you once were -
What kind of “Conspiracy” should we make of that ?

......We are splitting hair here.......

Agreed, I don't think it should matter too much since most of the product may have finally shipped in the third quarter anyway. My point was, don't look at the June EPS as indicative of what to expect in the second half of the year since the entire DOHS contract was booked as of June 30.

Bottom line, CKYS will have $10 to $12 million of net cash in the bank by the end of the year and yet at the close of business today you could have bought the entire company for $8 million. Not a bad deal. And this doesn't include the value of the ongoing business as a multiple of future Earnings per share. In my entire investing career, I have never seen a more undervalued situation. Should be at .25 cents before the year is out.

Share buybacks. This is a great and meaningful news. This will dramatically reduce the float as well as increase per share earnings for 2006 significantly. I would not be surprised if some of these share buybacks occurred at lower levels already.

I am a long time CKYS long but would like to correct a prevalent misconception on this board.

CKYS' June 30, 2006 revenue (25 million) and earnings (2.7 cents per share) can not be viewed as only six months results as if these will be duplicated in the latter half of the year.

CKYS booked the entire $25 million DOHS contract as of June, 30. Therefore, expect the earnings to decrease since no significant revenues will be booked to offset ongoing expenses.

I don't say this to bash CKYS because I am long and the 2.7 cents eps should not decline by much. Regarless, this stock should climb to approx .25 cents per share with audited F/S's and new contracts.

One caveat, if management uses only $1 million of their profits to buy back shares at current profits, this alone will increase the eps by 12% which is not insignificant.

As an angry long, I hope you are right, and all the evidence turns out to be wrong.
