while I agree with the "enjoy life" part, I'm confused to the "small sliver" of it called stocks part, while it may be a "small sliver" to you, I know numerous investors in CKYS who have put a substantial amount of their liquid assets into this company... now, whether you agree with that investing philosophy or not is your prerogative, BUT it's not for you to judge the character of ones financial position based on your personal beliefs! while I have no doubt by minimizing ones hardships in stating the "small sliver" may make you feel better, BUT I can assure you, you are the exception and not the rule in this case.. many lives have been greatly affected to the point of nearing emotional, financial and psychological breakdowns...

while we are all entitled to our own opinions as the the extent of damage this has created in ones life, please refrain from minimizing the trauma this has caused many, "small sliver" to you may very well be a "large thorn" to others...

personally I hold no position in CKYS at this time but I have befriended many that do, these good people are devastated by the recent events and unless this situation turns for the positive there are going to many lives broken......

Bret, with all due respect nobody here knows for sure if CKYS is making any money. I agree there was an illusion of prosperity this company put out but nobody knows if it was financed by selling shares or by real profits. At this point only an audit could prove that, and we've been waiting and waiting for one, which to me is a big red flag that things are not as prosperous as we had hoped.

While I agree with some of your ideas.. I have to take issue with a couple..

I agree that NO held a gun to anyone's head to buy the stock and it was an individual's choice.. BUT there is the VERY REASONABLE expectation of "fair play" by the CEO... For example.. you stated that the deposition is over and the results will be made known by the company.. GLAD you know that to tell us... BUT WHY can't I ever even get a returned email or call.. I have never called Jim names or yelled at the person answering the phone..?? No JP IMO.. has handled shareholder's in a very poor way... their are the "INS"(which I consider you part of... the "somewhat In's" who get emails or an occasional call and the "OUTS" which I consider myselt to be part of.. While not every shareholder gets the same treatment all the time... THIS is not acceptable.. SELL?? you may say... Well... laugh.. but I am one of the people who bought on almost every PR... you know the ones the SEC has implied "MIGHT" have been misleading!!

I am NO stranger to the market even the Pennys.. but there is NO excuse(as you implied) that Jim didn't handle the SEC inquiry better up front!! I was one of the people who had an order in the day we were "suspended" Thank goodness it didn't go off..

Yes it was our decision.. BUT JIM needs to wake up and smell the coffee here..

BASICS.. handle legal and regulatory issues... PERIOD.. It cost many here a lot of money.. not ALL could hold on even if they believed in the company.. not ALL are in your financial shape..

Second... Quit the baloney... that either you visit and play nice or... you as a shareholder are locked out from knowing what is going on!! Again... those who invest say 5 or 10 thousand may not have the money to FLY out to UTAH to see how many people there are in the building.. and frankly.. who cares.. I think he should be outsourcing the callcenter... not hiring people to take orders..

On not arguring and accepting other people's issues.. well... maybe not particular person.. you certainly have taken issue with what many here have said.. the no gun to the head issue certainly implies to me that the shareholder should know that in a penny stock.. the CEO could be inempt, crooked, lazy, pompus, and whatever else he wants to be... EVEN AFTER several eyewitness accounts of how honest and great he seemed by you and others..

Hey.. we all know that half the people here are pumpers or bashers not here to really share information.. but.. to pump and dump... OR BASH to buy lower or RUIN the company..

However.. sometimes.. your gut says... while this person isn't perfect... They probably aren't lying.. then you see PRs to back that person's statements.. well and you believe that they are to be "somewhat" believed.. Such is the case of you... IMHO...

But.. don't judge so much on what a person should or should not have done.. Do you blame the ENRON shareholders for being stupid?? or saying that they shouldn't have believed the CEO and/or their PR's??

Thank you for your message... at least we can expect a PR soon... of course I am sure you have a better idea of WHEN than we do.. but at least we know Jim THINKS he is going to release one.. Just like he 'seemingly' thought we were NEVER going on the greys and that we would be trading within the 10 day suspension....

Finally... when you talk to Jim, since many here can't even get an email.. Please tell him his slip is showing, when his ending to a "shareholder's" update says something like thank-you for investing or interest in "MY" company.. it is all of ours... not just his.. IF he wanted a private company.. he should have went that way.. Then he wouldn't have to WASTE time with shareholders who have a question or two.. and only conduct business...

I wish Longs good luck in the upcoming weeks.. and again thank you for the information you post that MOST of us can NEVER get.

Well here you have it!! One of the "chosen few" has just made a comment that I find revealing. Here is the quote..."We will if and when the A.F.'s come out."

IF????? The tune has now changed! This same poster claimed JP told him the AF's would be out "soon" back in October of 2006! So, which is it????? "Soon" or "If"????

When will you pumpers hold your esteemed CEO accountable? It sadly appears the answer is NEVER!

If moderators have deleted posts by bashers they did not like because they were critical they are partly to blame for some losses because those who invested lost the chance to see the whole picture. If those who talked to JP communicated a misleading picture of what has been happening they may be partly to blame too - including yourself. Not everybody was in a position to talk to him.

Brent, I take full responsibility for my actions and quite frankly understand market capitalism more then most.

Yes this was a speculative stock, however, that speculative nature does not include fraud. I sell stocks for a profit and I sell them for a loss but like most I got caught in a suspension so that option didn't exist and now I am looking at losses that I will not tolerate.

Government mainly exists to protect people from force and fraud. We are dealing with a potential fraud on the part of Plant. Each day that goes by looks worse as we are given no guidance on why we haven't received audited financials.

In this incriminating video Plant says 2006 and 2005 have been audited and that 2004 was being reviewed to be sent to the accountant. The timeline that Plant gives is 30-60 days which would have been Feb 20th.

We need audited financials to fix this. Plant needs them to stay out of jail. Let me spell it out clearly. It is very possible that Plant was using high profile advertising to sell shares. Yes product was being bought and sold but the purpose of the advertising could very well have been to sell shares to generate revenue to buy product and operate the business etc. in an attempt to grow the business through dilution. I think the contracts are real but if the profits weren't as much as claimed what I am saying could have been the case. At this point we can not give him a free pass. Only audited financials will clear him. I really do hope that Plant has not committed fraud.

For someone that wraps himself in the Jesus flag you don't show very much compassion for people when you write stuff like what is quoted below. Sorry a stock suspension and potential fraud are no more part of the market than someone pointing a gun to your head and mugging you. Unless you think it is thier fault because they don't know Aikido....
