Lots of speculation from many different arenas about CKYS this or CKYS that.
The deposition was done in D.C. with the S.E.C and the results will be provided by the company. I know nothing of the results at this time.
All of us at this point are in a wait and see mode.
Those that believe in the company will do accordingly and those that don't will also do accordingly.
People have taken the opportunity while CKYS has been on the greys to do a number of things not limited to the following:
1. Become disenchanted with the company and sell.
2. Continue to believe in the company and either buy more or hold.
3. Try to create doubt and fear so they (whether shareholders previous to being on the greys) can buy at much lower prices when others have been convinced to sell.
4. Stand on the sidelines and throw insults and negativity in all directions hoping it will stick for the fun of it.
5. Watch and wait silently to see what happens. If the company in their view comes back to life they either buy or hold their shares and are content that this proved to be a successful company.
6. Watch the whole sheebang go down the toilet never to rise from the ashes again. Some have hoped for this from the beginning and will gladly rejoice in the demise of CKYS if it were to happen.
7. Badmouth CKYS,Jim and anyone else they feel deserves it because they feel it is warranted.
Let me just say. No one who is or was a shareholder had a pistol held to their head and were made to buy CKYS at any price.
This is a speculation stock as are all Pinkie stocks and No one made you push the buy key on your computer or call your broker but you. Nobody is to blame if you lose money or make money but you pure and simple.
To those who do not own the stock nor have ever owned the stock but are here to assist others...thanks....glad you helped us and we don't need to read and re read your synopsis of what IYHO a crook Jim is and why CKYS has or has not done this or that. We are usually as intelligent as you and know what Jim has or has not done. Thanks but repeating it does not change the fact that it either did or did not happen.
Simple truth here. We are on the greys due to an inability of CKYS and the CEO to provide the information in a timely manner to eliminate an SEC suspension. The buck stops with the CEO of CKYS and we all know that.
Simple truth CKYS is making money. Do we know the exact details of the amount of money made? We will if and when the A.F.'s come out.
Have people made various trips to Corporate headquarters to verify the company, employees,products etc. ? Yes
Have some people pushed their questions,agenda's and other subjective proposals day and night trying to force the company and others to acquiesce? Yes
Have others tried to drive the price down to buy cheaper by their posts of doubt and fear? IMHO Yes.
Regardless of your position;shareholder or not CKYS will either prove itself or not. No amount of believing or bashing will change that fact. No amount of describing what the CEO has missed or not done correctly or failed to deliver in someone's opinion will stop the company from either succeeding or failing.
Some believe in the company and some do not. Some chose to try to undermine by words and actions the company CKYS. Others try to explain the benefits of the company and their factual efforts and products including advertising and other efforts to be successful.
There is 0 need on this board for anyone to be negative towards any individual by way of attacks and or unwarranted words or actions. People can agree to disagree and talk about the merits or lack of such of CKYS without denegrating others including themselves.
Time and patience will prove in actions by the company whether they succeed or not. Those who believe will put their money where their faith is in the company. Those who do not believe in the company will hopefully not become too discouraged, angry or apathetic.
Regardless of how the company comes out of this I wish us all well. Those who have chosen to invest and those who have either sold or never invested. May we always find good stocks and companies which will help us all to prosper.
With that attitude let me also say that my hope is that we will all learn to appreciate and talk to others in a genuine respectful and gracious way.
