I was researching a small Chinese wireless carrier company awhile back and remember one of the big deals was that you needed to be hooked in with one of the big Chinese telecom companies. Land lines are not viable in China. The Chinese government will certainly force certain directions/alliances on the industry, but they won't force outdated technologies.
Buzz, focusing on China is a great move. If they can capitalize on their connections and existing arrangements, they can establish a "secure" position and be one up on a lot of the competition.

that was my thought too, retirementsoon. After I read the PRs, especially the one on Feb. 1st. I think they need to accumulate millions of shares at relative low price, at the same time they need the PPS to reach 12.4 cents at "due" time, so the best way, in my opinion, to do this is "to make" the PPS increase like "staircase". SO far I think this is the case, we have a PPS increase from about 1.5 cents to about 5 cents, now we are forming a platform in the upper3 and lower 4 area, looks like a staircase, if I am right, next move will bring us to 7-8 cents area and build another staircase.

But either staircase or not, this stock will go UP! :)
