DKME would have hgad to be a wholly owned subsidiary for Coretec to claim there revenue which was the plan as we all already know based on the CRTG press release and Michael Ussery mentioned in the proxy with Kib Plug Energy that they were Preparring for a Nasdaq listing which would have effected our share price if we were able to include ther reveue from DKME . The complete finished picture of CRTG trading on the Nasdaq and the effect it would have on our stock price Thats what i was referring to just as the CCM business revenue they expected to have would have been part of that projected 100 million in revenue. Whop knows what CRTG would have been trading at but we wouldnt be sitting on the expert market at .0015.
Im convinced that there is no Endurion R&D program ongoing at CRTG of ever was or an active C-Space program at Adelaide University. I dont believe Endurion R&D was in the cards for the current regardless of them stating in the shareholder call their plans for Endurion.
The company , Core Optics never released an audit of their company or its subsidiary CCM business either as we know , just a projected guess at what revenue they expected for 2024 and 2025 which i dont beleve happened and we will see that when someday they get an audit out. They mentioned a few numbers in thenews releases about thier ash and so faorth but i dont beleive they even finished a full audit of the company before they closed the share exchange aggeement . So when the November 2024 series D offering started they were already behing on any kind of Audit which as we know has never been completed.
Im sure they have some yearly numbers of their CCM business on hand but but we need a full comprehensive audit done filed for shareholders to see all of their business and financial activities.
I believe Endurion and all the former management activites and plans were never funded and that R&D stopped and nevercontinued after they took over and took a look at it .
They ONLY stated early on that they were talking to some people in Korea or possibly elsewhere but its obvious its a dead deal and its obvious it has been for some time. They do have a CCM business in Korea listed under Core Optics LLC as you canb have an LLC USA listed company in Korea and operating. I should get my new Core Optics LLC report i ordered soon and the person i work with does some on hands foot work so to speak when they compile the reports phone calls and other on hands work . Nothing may change from from the previous report 3 months ago but he gets the update Government numbers in that report that may or may not change but we will see he does a great job and communicates with me real time trying to find out what he can for there clients.
