Barnstormer, we all know that LP plays her cards close to the vest. FlaskWorks is wholly owned by NWBO, unless she has actual news to report about it, nothing is said. I won't say it's impossible that we'll learn something after approval, but I don't expect anything before.
Financially the costs of the work at FlaskWorks are just buried in the total operating costs of the company as I see it. Advent is now very much the same, we may see income that can be assumed to coming from compassionate use, but it's not broken out specifically from Advent.
LP might have other opportunities to provide information to us legally, but she's an attorney and I believe she's a very good one, she's determined to limit all news until we have an approval, whether we agree with her tactics, or not, she's on legal ground in doing it and I do trust her judgement. When you look at all the time the company has been attacked for what it's said and done, I can't blame her attitude that things like approval are so positive even AdamF can't attack them, he'd probably try to pounce on anything less.
