#828057 RE: Doc logic #828051

Doc, I've been saying for years that it's all about the EDEN for corporate growth. I believe they're getting close, but I have no idea just how much longer it will be.

Unlike some here, I think management does know what they're doing and it's all coming together well. Even if they spent an extra year attempting to get a tumor agnostic label and failed to do so, without the EDEN that's 1000 patients, less the compassionate use patients, that they'll fail to earn from. While it's significant, it's tiny when compared with what they could earn with the EDEN, multi-national approvals, and ultimately use of the vaccine in many of the deadliest cancers. While we still don't know what NICE will pay or when they'll pay it, people were trying to raise $250K for compassionate use, I don't know what went to Advent, and how much to others, but it should have been significant.

Don't get me wrong, if no EDEN existed, I believe the company could be very profitable as they built tiny cleanrooms to meet the demand. It's more expensive but NICE and others would probably be willing to pay more if the higher cost of manufacturing couldn't be avoided. The good news is that it can, the EDEN does exist and while it may not yet be perfected, it will be.

I believe that one thing should be certain, all new trials will be run with the EDEN making all the vaccine. With that, there will be nothing to compare the vaccine with, it will be made for the trial in exactly the same way it will be in production. I believe they are close, but it really only counts in horseshoes.
