#828092 RE: flipper44 #828048

Flipper, I’m not “arguing to argue.” I sought first to understand your issue and then discuss specific claims you made.

1. You said, "they should have started building that leuk clinic 12 months ago". Using the prerequisite steps NWBO listed in the April 2026 PR — site selection, contracting, architectural/engineering plans, equipment procurement, staffing, regulatory pre-consultation — I demonstrated that the prerequisite work pushes the project initiation back to 18–24 months ago, which matches the very timeline you claimed NWBO should have followed.

2. You then minimized the scope by saying, “it’s just a leuk center inside a hospital.” Using the PR information, I contradicted that characterization with the following PR info:
— dedicated clinical space
— active buildout
— machine delivered
— staff selected
— high-volume design
— licensing in progress
The Leuk center is not a trivial “plug in a machine” operation. It’s a clinical buildout with regulatory implications.

3. Finally, you ended by accusing me, “you’re just arguing to argue,” completely ignoring my points.
