I don’t think any big pharma companies are the least bit interested in Anavex at any price. Any potential buyer is going to be a mid stage biotech company that needs a lot of cash to drive its pipeline. I’d be happy with an all-stock merger with a credible company with the potential for relatively near-term revenues.
