Zadie420, your reporting is very important information if it is true. Are you telling us that GZ told you in so many words that that NWBO is waiting for full approval or conditional approval, and that conditional approval means following up with the patients after treatment?

NWBO would have had to notify MHRA that it was appealing a November 2025 CHM Letter around the end of December 2025, which is around when the 12/29/2025 shareholders meeting occurred. The appeal materials would be due around the end of June 2026, but NWBO could submit them earlier. NWBO is probably not in the middle of an appeal if NWBO is waiting on news of full or conditional approval.

Thank you for sharing this information with us.

WTF is GZ allegedly sharing unquestionably material info over the phone for?

Zadie, if what you’re saying is true — that this is coming directly from GZ, and that approval (conditional or otherwise) is not being delayed due to any MHRA hold — then that’s really great news. At times, I’ve started to wonder whether we’ll ever actually hear a clear approval or rejection from the MHRA, because many of us are getting tired of the wait and management hasn’t been very transparent with updates. Thanks a ton for sharing this.🙏

he said they are waiting for full approval or approval with registry condition which means to follow up the patients for specific period.

Lets stop all these speculation

And yet that's the biggest speculation I've heard in 2026. You tell others to stop speculating, but then you claim they're waiting for either full approval or conditional approval without actually knowing which one. That's still speculation, even if you're basing it on comments from GZ. And even if we're only talking about approval versus rejection, GZ saying he believes it will be approved is not an absolute guarantee. It's an opinion, not a final regulatory decision. To treat it as a certainty while dismissing everyone else's views as speculation is a bit ironic.

So why is everyone else's speculation a problem, but yours isn't?

Anyway, as much as I would like to believe what GZ said—and if that's really what he meant, it's certainly great news—I have my doubts.

I suspect it may have been a poor choice of words or an imprecise statement. I find it hard to believe that GZ would know whether the MHRA is leaning toward full approval or conditional approval. In fact, I doubt even LP knows that even at this stage.

Until the MHRA makes its decision or provides formal guidance, anything beyond that is largely speculation.
