It seems to me that, at present, the rational position on Anavex is negative unless and until proven otherwise.

First, we don't know for sure that those people left the company.

Searching for apologetic positive interpretations at this point is not an investor’s instinct.

I still hold a small $AVXL position, which, in context, I have no need to sell. I remain sceptical and curious to see what happens next, if anything, other than continuing to linger aimlessly..
