The lawyers at Cohen/Milstein work on a commission basis.
In the event of settlements or other forms of financial settlement of the lawsuit, C/M receives a PERCENTAGE (I believe 30%) of the amount.
If no money is earned, they receive nothing.
Therefore, NWBO does not have to pay ANYTHING at all.
Only a percentage of any settlement or other form of income from the lawsuit.
