True but she and Les could’ve unblocked for NYSA, JAMA pub release, or a number of other events just to get some good cash. My guess is still that the financiers have her blocked. Perhaps the blocked underlying shares can be used to short since they’re not officially owned?? And what of Les’ shares, any idea if his trust is still blocked?
