Kiwi, a couple of things. For sure the date of this court hearing was not known to me before you highlighted it today. However, it was fairly common knowledge that there was a class action lawsuit vs Unicycive, and that has been known for some time. So you think that just publication of the date of this hearing was the stimulus for the drop today? Maybe because it is coming before the PDUFA date?
Secondly, I have not ever been a plaintiff or a defendant in any court case, unlike you. I have however been on 2 juries. One was a murder case. Funny thing. Trial lasted more than a week and after it was over I was allowed to bring my notes home, and I always said that I would put pen to paper and write a short story about that trial.
