One of the goals in the remaining years of my life ...is to never go into court again .
Early in my business career I'd do small claims actions to collect unpaid bills every winter ( when work was slow ) . That I was good at
When we moved into large projects , any law suits become expensive and time consuming ...and also soul destroying ....and escalated in one case to Superior court... and I was in way over my head

Yes its likely to be the cause of the drop today .
Did anyone here have June 18th court appearance on their bingo card ??
Mgt never said a word .
So ...likely a settlement or an expensive court trial
