the company that potentially buy gbdx is not another shell it's a private company and if they buy gbdx you would just get cash in your depending on how much they offer and how many shares you get soo they would buy you out and there no more gbdx or shares just cash in your account also they only people i think stupid enough and have enough money to keep shorting this stock is debeers cause there pissed gbdx is taking over there spot the thing about debeers is just imo
