quick questions about the company that plans to buy GBDX. is the buyer company a shell??, another pink and whether MM shorting against that stock, can anyone clarify.
I wonder why stock has dropped despite buyout news. There is no doubt it's pure shorting, but why MM are so confident of shorting the stock even at these levels despite the buyout offer. I don't understand what's going on here. After the buyout news stock has dropped from 0.011 to 0.006 in last 4 days
Can anyone explain why ? If other company is another stock or pure cash buyout ?
I am confused, something is weired here. I have lot of shares, not sure what's going on here
