Maybe in driving seat for time to results but their main data is post hoc (mild/moderate subgroups) out of wider post hoc data (before putting into mild and moderate annovis removed patients post hoc that weren't biomarker positive). In this very small post hoc group based on 3 months of data the mild showed dosed did better than than placebo (this had a 22 patient placebo group) - but only to same delta that in moderate placebo did better than dosed. That's the main AD finding they have that all hinges on in ongoing trial focussing on mild AD. https://www.nature.com/articles/s44400-026-00073-z/figures/2
None of the ITT findings - ADAS COG, CGIC and ADL were stat sig in ITT. Latter two also not stat sig in the post hoc mild group. Secondary endpoints MMSE and DSST (their SAP lists them here - https://cdn.clinicaltrials.gov/large-docs/44/NCT05686044/SAP_001.pdf ) were not reported on, even for mild meaning they prob were't stat sig in post hoc mild. This is quite notable as they have reported MMSE data from their PD trial suggesting good cognitive results in the post hoc mild group in parkinsons arguing cross trial support however this was an exploratoy endpoint in PD yet they haven't reported the actual MMSE results from AD trial in ITT or mild where it was secondary endpoint or the more cognitive relevant endpoint of DSST which would have been good cogntiive support for the post hoc mild group. This seeming selective reporting is part of why I don't trust Maria particularly.
As I've already said however this doesn't mean Annovis is not a good investment, it could have a large run up going towards results due to small chance of success which would lead to huge revenes. However I don't view it in same way of Anavex who have been successful in key AD endpoints in ITT awlbeit with question marks over dropouts etc which larger trial would need to address. It also isn't that relevent to Anavex unless you believe not only will Annovis be stat sig but will be so successful it will cure AD with 100% market penetration and mean no point in any other Ad treatments.
