There is another acquisition, it’s in the filings. Looks like a biggie. You’ve got to dig a bit to see it but it seems that a Benjamin Hinkle has received 1,000,000 preferred shares. That seems to be the lions share of the Preferred Series A, so it must be a bigger acquisition.
