Buck stops at the Captain of the ship . Captain can blame bad weather , bad luck etc etc all he/she wants , but that is the bottom line .

The problem is no one is interested in DC tech and more importantly valuing this company at even $400M market cap. It’s evident from the Roswell Park deal. They looked around for a couple of years but couldn’t any find any meaningful offer so ended up selling pennies on dollar to NWBO.

Endless dilution in pennies will continue. LP’s financiers will continue to trap more bag holders as they play both ways. Rinse and repeat!

NWBO is on a death spiral whether you like it or not.
