I find this sentence particularly important:

And the same stock who was pumping non stop that Merck was building 100’s of thousands of square feet of space/building in PA for DcVax more than 2 years ago !!

Correct. They have been talking about starting new trial(s) for over 18 months. They won’t dose a single patient this year either. Forget about any meaningful result from the trial until 2030 at the earliest provided they finally start dosing sometimes next year. And even if they start, there are more chances that they will come up with excuses in between such that there is no more funding to continue or something along those lines.
