No he didnt say why they were taking longer than expected and I didnt ask , figured it was a money issue IMO , hopefully it gets done by July Aug time frame. At this point i would rather have great news and not a fluff piece that give creates more questions than answers. True updates would be very nice. Yes it would be nice to have the option of trading but IMO I believe all that are holding will like the results long term. GLTA

I would venture a guess it is primarily financial. I don't think they will return to markets until they can raise capital to clean up the cap table and be positioned for long-term sustainable support and advancement of the pipeline. In order to get there, they need significant valuation drivers to bring capital on board. Any additional NIH support (like the ADHD grant) would help. Obviously, IND enabling process is ongoing for KRM-ll-81. Who knows exactly how many boxes need checked in the "de-risking" process before major capital is unleashed.
