Did he ever explain or hint at why filings were “slipping”? We are closing in on the 2 year point now where they dropped to expert market. So for 2024 and 2025 filings, it doesn’t seem like much was going on in the company during that span that would in turn mean any kind of overly complicated filings needing done. If they kept records as the little progress that seemed to be occurring was going on, I don’t see how these filings have become such an issue to just get completed once and for all. Or is it simply all financial reasons and the continued reason these filings keep dragging on without being completed is bc they need to make the payments to complete them? After almost two full years now of this not being tradeable on the open market, and what seems like constant excuses and can kicking, it’s getting extremely frustrating.
