Why did you choose June 4th? If they did get notified that day, I'd recommend they hold the announcement until the following Monday. Friday's the worst day for a positive announcement as brokers who work their clients with news only consider something news in the week it's announced. Best way to do this could be a Sunday webcast, if they'd do it, but probably a release, and perhaps a webcast before the open on Monday.

I'd be happy with tomorrow, or June 1st, though I have a medical procedure that day. Come to think of it, I have a Moe's surgery on the 4th as well, it's a busy week medically for me.

I really don't mind when they announce as long as it's an approval, but strategically I know Monday or Tuesday is best. I can't say we have many brokers following us, however this news is so big that many brokers may get on the bandwagon.

LOL, look at the minion kicking the can by another week. Then another minion (or ID) will come and push it by one more week, and so on.

The reality is MHRA was the first regulatory agency in the world to approval CRISPR therapy (potentially even more complex than DCVAX-L, and first of its kind) in less than a year just after COVID.

Only NWBO and its minions come up with such excuses and victim mindset. No wonder 2 generation of bag holders are wiped out by LP and her financiers. And shares trading in .20s and going to all time lows.

The recent 10-Q was trying to tell us something, namely that the delay in the buildout of the Grade C suite that was due to the necessity to upgrade the electrical infrastructure of that suite, will most likely delay the approval until that work is finished and has been certified by the MHRA. That may take hopefully no more than an additional 2-4 months (give or take).

Like many longs I am disappointed but that makes sense to me especially since approval will still be based on the manual production methodology. OTOH, from that time on to the utilization of the Flaskworks units may take a much shorter time compared to the time it would have taken if the MAA were to be approved a few days or weeks from now.

Also Gemini recently told me that the discovery phase deadline of NWBO's suit was moved from August 28 to November 28 which would put more pressure on the defendants because it will extend beyond the MAA approval time and also gives NWBO more time to carry out its detective work.
