Annovis in 2027 would be completion of 6 months of their trial. There is a readout at 6 months and 18 months. It's based on prior AD data that was post hoc within post hoc, the mild AD group which is the key positive signal all is based on had a placebo group with 22 patients. In moderate the placebo group beats dosed (and was prob stat sig) by the same delta that dosed beats placebo in mild. Obv Annovis could be found to work but I don't feel the current signial is a very robust one to put a large amount of money on. I can still see there being a large sp rise though there up into results regardless.
