Is there news of sales? Is there any news or filings indicating that they've actually made a deal and revenue is incoming? If not, why would it go to a dollar? Once we have days with a million in volume or more we will see something move. 15 cents doesn't mean anything because the stock is still totally illiquid. If you're lucky you can put up 20,000 shares and maybe some Gambler will buy it at 20 cents or whatever.. otherwise this thing is still petrified. The company needs to put out significant news and reassurance that they are on track. Something that they have not done in a long time and even when they did do it it changed into something else or backfired. Ask the Stink Genie.
