Resignation of Registered Agent ( document they sent today ) Im leaving out part of this which another statement of resignation and the signiture of the agent who filed.

According to the Oklahoma Sec of States office i spoke to earlier today National Registered Agents has resigned officially as Coretec RA when they filed but Coretec will have 30 days to find someone else or the new RA will be the Oklahoma Secretary of State. The previous RA has discontinued service with CRTG on May 18th. They said CRTG has 30 days from May 18th 2026 to find someone else or Okla. Sec of State will be the new RA. They also said if CRTGs contact info is not updated that wouldn't matter to them and they would be the RA from here on.

Further , NRAI customer service did say that a company can try to go back under them as their RA but they would have to refile paper work with fee's but they did say the Resignation on May 18th as RA was official when they filed it on May 18th . The 30 day window to find someone new is open . CT Corporation Systems is the same company as National . They changed the name to national a while back .
