Maybe he isn't paying Jon Rice enough. I still haven't figured out what the hell he has done in the last ten years to deserve the compensation he's getting paid. I guess most of it is just for putting up with KT.
I said it yesterday…. They should have shown a product or attached at least one name to our spider silk before this amazing breakthrough was announced.
This is somewhat in line with what I stated Monday.
What if we are co-developing a product to make money at the retail level? That seems to be Kim's goal per PR's, filings, and history, with Spydasilk.
The NDA's would prohibit releasing names. I agree delivering fiber would be nice, but where does KBLB's responsibility start and end? If they have to deliver fabric, they aren't there yet. What does a co-development agreement entail? It is the longer road to profits, but higher profits.
A downside to this is KBLB's costs for fabrics and product, are front loaded. You seem to be speaking to front end profits. I suspect it is Kim wanting all the secrecy, but so to, I could easily see the folks on the other end wanting that secrecy too. I hope he figured getting to sales/revs accurately, and we don't need more financing.
As far as today's explanation PR, Maybe Kim needs to hire out production of a particular protein in vitro, so they can see how it performs.
