On your other question, who said Posner had Canaccord dead to rights? Wasn't me. I believe NWBO will work out settlements with 3 of the remaining defendants who don't have a record of wanting to litigate a full trial and possible decision. That will leave the 2 biggest, Citadel and Virtu, both with records of aggressively defending cases. Will Posner and Powers decide to go for the brass ring and litigate to a judge or jury decision, or will they also decide to settle those? Film at 11.
