I did not read every page nor will I but it looks like the court tells Redhawk and one of the other plaintiffs that they are Nevada Corps under Nevada law and the other can proceed under NY law.

If I ever get down to Lafayette again I’m gonna pop my head in and see what’s going on, though I have no future plans nor reason to travel there any longer. NYC is my new home away from home. NYC is crazy now with their communist mayor but I don’t own anything there and never will. In a New York State of mind.
