The point is that they have an alternative if the EDEN'S approved before the new cleanroom is ready.  I believe that they have an idea that it won't be that long, so they're prepared for it.

Most CDMOs have multiple grade type clean rooms in house. Having an approved alternate manufacturing site lined up is a good idea no matter the reason one might come up with. Best wishes.
