I expect the 10-Q to tell us that the Grade C suite construction has been completed and that the MHRA is currently inspecting the constructed site and perhaps even completed the inspection.

Is that too much to ask for?

I would also not be surprised that if NWBO expects additional good news within a few days, it will file for an extension and will release the 10-Q by next Wednesday.
