Im sure they have the money for whatever road work they need. They could have that road bit done and the pretty portal all set up and still not get the bulk of the financing. Would not be the first foundation and concrete to be abandoned. I don't want that to happen, but they need to get off their ass and back up their mouths and get this going. Many in the general area may remember the abandoned foundation of a would-be ethanol plant SE of Auburn NE. I haven't seen it in many years but that was a large cost of failure that was on display for many years. Many may also be aware of the billion dollar husk of an unfinished nuke plant in Georgia. It is not pretty when big money fails. NB needs to actually achieve something they say on time. One thing. Anything. They are building a portal to ruin that will be the company's headstone if they keep missing everything they say. The fire of 2025/2026 will be coals in 2027.

Just shows how the Demo_RAT Biden and his misfit Administration had screwed up MINING. 29 years to get Permits and Construction with lengthy times, not saying that there won't be delays somewhere, to get a mine up and running...... The War with Iran highlights Increased OUR dependency on China for Rare Earth Minerals........ China, who is a STRATEGIC Partner of Iran..... That means we have to rebuild our stockpile of Rare Metals, from who, China........ With all the Missiles fired in Iran, it has depleted our supply. You can't make this tragedy up, and here we are invested in NB and can't use its Rare Metals for years to come because it takes years and years to get a mine up and running............ We HAVE the Rare Metals, but they have been on Lock by idiot Politicians and Regulators for years..............
